A pansy once poised for spring-like weather peaks through a pile of snow at a local garden center Sunday morning. Despite the start of spring already past, Kentucky was hit with more wintry weather over the weekend with freezing rain and snow that caused slick roads and sloshy conditions throughout the Bluegrass.
