Emma Jean Burch Spencer, 90, wife of George Spencer, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Fountain Circle Care and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Clark Co. at Kiddville on January 25, 1928 to the late Henry Burch and Mattie Brashear Burch.

She was a homemaker and a school teacher for six years in Ohio. She graduated from Campbellsville College and was very active in the Clark County Homemakers.

She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

Mrs. Spencer is survived by her husband, two sons, Paul (Josephine) Spencer of Winchester, and Greg Spencer of Anderson, Indiana; six grandchildren, Kayla Watts (Josh) of Winchester, Allyson Spencer of Winchester, Crystal Dieckmann, Brandon Woosley, Lucas Spencer, Whitney Brodt; and seven great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Jessie Burch.

Services will be 11:00AM Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home by Bro. Billy Keller. Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5:00PM-7:00PM Friday, March 23, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home.
