— Kilburn Campbell, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; sentencing March 8.
— Kim D. Dearing, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; prescription controlled substance not in proper container, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; sentencing March 8.
— Kim Dwight Dearing, first-degree assault, amended to assault under extreme emotional disturbance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years, sentencing March 8.
— Stephen Green, theft by unlawful taking, amended to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, pleaded guilty, recommended 180 days; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended 180 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 180 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; first-degree promoting contraband, dismissed; sentencing March 8.
— Virgil L. Turner, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing March 8.
— April Exum, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated to drug court for three years.
— Kimberly Henderson, third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years probation; third-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 90 days concurrent; theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 90 days concurrent.
— Sarah Christine Hall, complicity to third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years consecutive, diverted for four years.
— Michael Lamont Dunn, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation reinstated.
— Sondra Kay Jones, probation revocation, extended for one year to complete restitution.
