CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Eva Vallejo, 46, of Georgetown, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls, one cardiac case, four respiratory cases and one diabetic case.
— At 3:19 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Bob Sumerel Tire, 1101 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At noon Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1228 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— At 1:39 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 350 Old Log Lick Road.
— At 7:40 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2695 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— At 8 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to Paris Road for an investigation.

— Tammy Brown, 43, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— David L. Riley, 51, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 6:16 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 951 Bypass Road concerning a theft. Brandon Willoughby was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 9:47 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 11 Wilson Lane concerning a person threatening to rape the caller.
— At 8:06 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 124 S. Burns Ave. after someone broke into a residence and stole tools.
— At 12:37 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 42 Madison Ave. concerning a stolen handgun.
— At 7 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1200 Westwood Drive concerning a person with a gun.
— At 7:37 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1467 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an assault. Lindell Clark was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.
— At 2:35 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 60 Winn Ave. for a fight in progress. Raymond Dargavell was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault and terroristic threatening.
— At 3:48 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an alarm sounding at 1313 W. Lexington Ave.
— At 11:46 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 562 Country Club Court concerning a stolen credit card.
— At 12:42 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. after someone broke into a residence and took items.
— At 3:37 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 4:17 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft.
— At 10:18 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1221 Bypass Road concerning a person making threats online.
— At 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Cook Avenue and Pendleton Street concerning an assault.
— At 11:26 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to the sheriff’s office concerning a possible sexual assault.
— At 6:52 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen rental violin from Baker Intermediate School.
— At 8:43 p.m. Wednesday, officers were calle to 16 Maryland Ave. after someone broke into a residence.
— At 10:32 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Tammy Brown was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
