SHERIFF
Reports
— At 5:50 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 8481 Old Boonesboro Road concerning an assault and property damage.
WINCHESTER
FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases and two respiratory cases.
— At 8:44 a.m. Wednesday firefighters were called to 20 Edgewood Drive for a smell of smoke in a residence. Nothing was found.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:13 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a call at 25 Meadow St.
— At 12:06 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with an alarm sounding at 368 Colby Ridge Blvd.
— At 10:09 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Iron Works Road for an investigation.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Jessica Nichole Burton, 23, was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of a defaced firearm, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.
— Tabitha Lynn Byrd, 36, was charged Wednesday with second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— At 4:18 a.m. Wednesday, officers wer called to 8 Nunnelly Court for a domestic disturbance.
— At 11:02 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1500 Bypass Road oncerning a stolen trailer.
— At 12:31 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 221 Belmont Ave. for a breaking and entering complaint.
— At 12:47 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning an assault.
— At 5:46 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerninga person trying to run over the caller.
