CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— James Kevin Mills, 52, of 125 Highland St., was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance.
— Christopher West, 43, of 108 Blueberry Lane, was charged Thursday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
Reports
— At 10:43 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 106 Blueberry Lane after a mirror was broken off a pickup truck.
— At 12:09 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to Evergreen Center, 13200 Iron Works Road, for a person causing problems.
— At 9:38 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 305 Skylark Drive concerning a report of identity theft.
— At 12:56 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 534 Constitution Drive concerning a theft of services after a taxi customer failed to pay his fare.
— At 7:13 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 570 Van Meter Road after someone stole a 48-foot flatbed trailer.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Friday through Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 62 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, seven respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, three strokes, three seizures and one overdose.
— At 7:53 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 525 N. Main St. It was set off by an HVAC unit which was smoking.

— At 10:48 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a garage fire at 280 Bailey Lane.
— At 4:10 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 485 McCullough Lane.
— At 8:09 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 185 Sundown Lane.
— At 3:41 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 55 Sewell Shop Road.
— At 4:06 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 136 Cherokee Drive.
— At 5:54 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 4980 Iron Works Road.
— At 6:54 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1480 W. Lexington Ave.
— At 8:04 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 313 Vanover Way concerning a smell of smoke.
— At 10:23 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 11 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.
— At 12:22 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 209 Chardonnay Court concerning a smell of smoke.
— At 1:18 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 576 Pine Ridge Road.

— Troy Devon Abrams, 42, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking and alcohol intoxication.
— Karen Sue Banks, 51, was charged Tuesday with prescription controlled substance not in proper container, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
— Rose Marie Crim, 20, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Edward Tyler Fugate, 18, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault (two counts).
— Kristen Gough, 27, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Kirk Anthony Hammond, 40, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and non-payment of fines.
— Walter L. Hatton, 34, was charged Saturday with resisting arrest and driving under the influence.
— Stacey Lynn Johnson, 29, was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
— Jessica Proffitt, 36, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.
— Bria Chelsie Wise, 22, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 12:09 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 331 S. Burns Ave. concerning a stolen Xbox.
— At 9:33 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 7 Denny Ave. after someone broke into a residence and took several items.
— At 10:21 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 111 Georgia St. concerning a verbal altercation and a stolen bicycle. Troy Devon Abrams was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and alcohol intoxication.
