Mastrean honored with Philanthropy Day Award

Rose Mary C. Brooks Place recently honored Ed Mastrean with the National Philanthropy Day Award for his leadership and dedication in the founding of the independent and assisted living community located just off Bypass Road in Winchester. Additionally, Mastrean served as the first chairman of the board of directors for Brooks Place.
