— Steven Glover, public intoxication, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 70 days conditionally discharged; contempt of court, dismissed.
— Julia Richardson, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, waived to grand jury.
— Julia Lynn Richardson, tampering with physical evidence, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury.
— Eddie R. Young, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 82 days conditionally discharged; theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; theft of identity, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Ernie Kidd, second-degree cruelty to animals, dismissed, completed specialty court.
— Michael McGowan, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, two days, restitution; contempt of court, dismissed.
— Timothy B. Turner, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, sentencing Feb. 19, 2018; reckless driving, dismissed; failure to maintain insurance, dismissed; possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, dismissed.
