The more than 50 member Winchester Chorale will perform for audiences next weekend at First Christian Church.

The chorale’s winter show is titled “We Need A Little Christmas” and will feature guest saxophonist Angelina Huguely. Shows begin at 7:30 p.m Dec. 2 and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 3.

“In a more and more fractured world, there is an ever greater need to bring people together through wonderful texts and music, to work toward expressing beauty and our common humanity,” conductor Mike Dunn said.

The chorale began in 1993, under the direction of then-conductor Gayle Price. Several members of the chorale have been performing in the group for 10 years or longer.
