— Brian Reffitt, 36, of Clay City, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and no insurance.

— Ashley N. Rice, 24, of 429 Oxford Drive, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 9:24 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road, concerning a stolen wallet. from an employee’s purse.

— At 10:41 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 2551 Two Mile Road after someone broke into a truck and a barn, and took items.

— At 12:57 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 630 Laura Drive after several items, including horse medication, were taken from a vehicle.

— At 9:13 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.

— At 10:45 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Trapp Goffs Corner Road.

— At 11:09 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 6561 Athens Boonesboro Road.

— At 2:33 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Trapp Goffs Corner Road.

— At 10:26 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 5909 Lexington Road.

— At 5:37 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1055 Pretty Run Road.

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 46 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke and two seizures.

— At 9:13 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.

— At 10:26 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Lexington Road.

— At 3 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 4000 Corporate Drive. It was a false alarm.

— Kenneth N. Briles, 51, was charged Friday with receiving stolen property.

— Robert Keith Byrd, 40, was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary.

— Kevin Todd Campbell, 39, was charged Friday with receiving stolen property.

— Rose Marie Crim, 20, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Michael S. Pelfrey, 48, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

— At 6:27 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1 Tyler Banks Court concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 6:38 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 117 Spring St. concerning a stolen wallet from a vehicle.

— At 6:42 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 119 Buckner St. concerning a property dispute.

— At 12:49 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 21 E. Broadway St. after a vehicle rammed several other vehicles. Michael S. Pelfrey was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

— At 3:32 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 107 Linden Lane after someone tried to break into a residence.

— At 5:26 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 50 Hubbard Road concerning a theft of whiskey.

— At 6:24 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 405 W. Lexington Ave. after someone broke into a garage and took several items.

— At 6:34 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Lexington Avenue and Garner Street for a report.

— At 11:04 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 42 Judy Ann Court after a known male entered the residence and got into a fight.

— At 8:03 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 951 Bypass Road concerning a theft of a drill.

— At 11:44 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1004 Westwood Drive after a child was found outside in his pajamas and without shoes.

— At 12:38 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 221 Holiday Road after someone broke a window on a vehicle during the night.
