Charged
— William Kardlo Hatton, 32, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.
— Whitney Gale Tuttle, 24, was charged Monday with hindering prosecution or apprehension.
Reports
— At 1:16 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning an assault.
— At 2:05 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 923 Bypass Road concerning a theft of speakers.
— At 3:53 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a sexual assault.
— At 6:02 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 124 Bayberry Lane concerning a theft of wooden fence planks.

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one seizure.
— At 5:26 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Irvine Road and Hilltop Drive.
— At 6:02 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Iron Works and Miller Hunt roads.

— At 5:26 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Irvine Road.
— At 6:04 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Iron Works and Miller Hunt roads.
— At approximately 7:50 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Mount Sterling Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway.

SHERIFF
Reports
— At 5:02 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 4347 Trapp Goffs Corner Road after someone struck the caller with a baseball bat.
Accidents
— At 7:23 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Ecton Road in which Linda Hall of 9515 Iron Works Road was attempting to turn a Clark County school bus around in the entrance of the Save-A-Lot parking lot and struck a vehicle on Ecton Road. The driver of the other vehicle, Scotty L. Shepherd of 14 Village Drive, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
