CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 5:51 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 311 Jameson Way concerning a dog attack.
Accidents
— At 5:36 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway near the 4 mile marker in which Janet Carroll of 271 George Drake Road said she was backing up on the highway. Brandy Johnson of Stanton said she was traveling east and swerved but could not avoid the other vehicle and struck it from behind. Johnson was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases and three diabetic cases.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 3:19 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 648 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— At 4:56 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to Becknerville Road for a smell of smoke in the area.
— At 5:08 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 13385 Iron Works Road for a report of smoke in the area.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Michael Lee Hall, 25, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.
— Mathew Frank Yarbrough, 42, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence and no or expired registration plate.

— At 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 344 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 8:29 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 151 W. Broadway St. concerning a broken car window.
— At 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 108 S. Main St. for a vandalism complaint.
— At 1:17 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen firearm.
— At 7:10 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1919 Rolling Hills Lane concerning two stolen batteries.
— At 8:52 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 373 E. Washington St. for a property damage complaint.
