CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 5:18 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 508 Epperson Road for a property damage complaint.
Accidents
— At 11:21 a.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Lexington Road in which James M. Cowan of 209 Ivy Lane was traveling east on Lexington Road. Cowan said he was answering his phone and did not see a stopped vehicle in front, which was driven by Carolyn S. Lindsey of 111 Shala Mar Rue. The impact pushed Lindsey’s vehicle into the westbound lane where it struck a third vehicle, driven by Robert C. Coyle of 1904 Saxon Court. Lindsey was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 17 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one overdose.
— At 9:08 a.m .Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St. It was a false alarm.
— At 1:46 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 226 Vaught Road for an electrical arc in a house. It was caused by a tree that fell on a power line.

— At 11:43 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Lexington Road and Shala Mar Rue.
— At 4:45 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 1688 Clintonville Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Albert Wayne Knox, 31, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
— Christopher D. Poole, 23, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal abuse.

— At 1:26 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning an infant with a broken ribs. Christopher D. Poole was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal abuse.
— At 2:05 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 625 W. Lexington Ave. concerning two stolen weed trimmers.
— At 4:07 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 153 Cherry St. after someone threw a piece of wood through a bedroom window.
— At 4:56 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 112 Churchill Drive concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 7:24 p.m. Thursday, officers wer called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a vandalism complaint.
— At 8:47 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 60 N. Main St. concerning a stolen vehicle.
