— At 1:37 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 117 Robyn Drive concerning a possible domestic disturbance.

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, three cardiac cases and one respiratory case.

Charged

— Onie Russell Hampton, 48, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

— Samantha Mae Richardson, 30, was charged Monday with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

Reports

— At 2:30 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1136 Dale Drive concerning stolen bicycles.

— At 5:13 p.m. Monday, officers took a report for a harassment complaint.

— At 6:48 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1 Linden Ave. concerning an assault.

— At 7:35 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 350 Edgemont Ave. concerning a breaking and entering complaint.

— At 7:42 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 370 S. Burns Ave. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 7:46 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 407 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 9:05 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 26 Denny Ave. concerning a burglary complaint.

Accidents

— At 5:43 p.m. Monday, officers responded to an injury accident on South Main Street in which a vehicle struck a bicyclist. Raymond Watts of 179 Greenway Drive said he was turning left from Lexington Avenue and never saw the bicycle. Zach Bradley, of 108 W. Hickman St., said he had just gotten on his bicycle to cross the street when he was struck. Bradley was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
