Kentucky Master Florist Gayle Brown earned a second-place designation at a recent Kentucky Florists Association convention. Brown, a 13-year employee of The Craft Nook, placed in the funeral category her take on the theme “Empty Chair.” The theme was a popular design in the 1950s, and was used in celebration of the association’s 60th anniversary.
