Charged

— Preston Peters, 30, was charged Thursday with driving on a suspended or revoked license and no or expired registration plates.

— Jazmin Whitman, 20, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Reports

— At 12:42 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to a report of shoplifting at 1661 Bypass Road.

— At 1:39 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 23 N. Bloomfield Road in reference to an assault.

— At 9:17 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report of forgery.

— At 9:18 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 645 Frito Lane in reference to a  theft of syringes.

— At 11:37 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 960 Interstate Drive in reference to a fight in progress.

— At 5:53 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1330 Fulton Road in reference to an overdose.

— At 6:41 p.m. Thursday, officers provided mutual aid to responded at the area of College Street and Hays Street in reference to a downed utility line.

— At 8:47 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 116 E. Broadway St. in reference to drug activity.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, one respiratory case and one overdose.
