CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Bannely Alvarez Valencia, 20, of 707 Simba Court, was charged Friday with trafficking in marijuana, driving under the influence, reckless driving and speeding.
Reports
— At 7:36 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 8905 Wades Mill Road after a vehicle was vandalized.
— At 12:06 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 1987 Muddy Creek Road for a property damage complaint.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, three respiratory cases and two diabetic cases.
— At 7:59 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a downed power line at Maple and Washington streets.
— At 8:33 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a mulch fire at 121 Cross Brook Lane.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:48 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2841 Old Boonesboro Road.
— At 4:46 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 4737 Trapp Goff’s Corner Road.
— At 5:51 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 35 Cherokee Court.
— At 6:44 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 502 Corley Lane.
— At 7:35 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 2668 Becknerville Road.
— At 8:23 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2713 Log Lick Road.

Charged
— Johnathan R. Flinchum, 32, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking, unlat wful transaction with a minor and intimidating a participant in the legal process.
— Angela Lee Fraley, 36, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault.
— James Reynolds, 69, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary.

— At 2:28 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, after a bicycle was recovered.
— At 2:20 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 102 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a man trying to sell stolen items. Johnathan R. Flinchum was arrested and charged with multiple offenses.
— At 3:24 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of diapers.
— At 4:13 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.
— At 7:06 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a fraud complaint.
— At 9:31 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 141 Alabama St. concerning a woman damaging property. Angela Fraley was arrested for fourth-degree assault.
