Marvin P. Barker, 79, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017, at St. Joseph Hospital.

He was born March 13, 1938, to the late Oliver Ray and Beatrice Willoughby Barker. He was a member of the Hutchinson United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth M. Barker; one step son, Robin Osborne (Katie) of Lexington, KY; one brother, Ronald Barker (Louise) of Winchester, KY; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one step son, Ricky Osborne.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday, July 14, 2017, at Taul Funeral Home with Rev. James Groves and Rev. Fred Cunningham officiating with burial following at Machpelah Cemetery. Friends may visit 11 AM-1 PM Friday, July 14, 2017.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Taulbee, Richard Rainey, Robert Willoughby, David Willoughby, Dan Easley and Robert Moreland.
