WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged 

— Lori Lynette Couch, 33, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— Amanda Rose Hall, 29, was charged Friday with receiving stolen property (firearm) and receiving stolen property under $10,000. 

— William Kardlo Hatton, 32, was charged Friday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (second offense) and second-degree possession of a controlled substance. 

— Fred N. Osborne, 57, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence (first offense), possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. 

— Henry Roberts, no age given, was charged Saturday with failure to or improper signal and operating on a suspended or revoked license. 

— Johnathan Anthony Rowland, 22, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence. 

— Robert Lee Sams, 42, was charged Saturday with public intoxication (alcohol). 

— Phillip Shepherd, 54, was charged Saturday with public intoxication (alcohol).

— At 6:07 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 55 N. Main St. in reference to a fight in progress. 

— At 11:46 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the area of Lexington Avenue and Bypass Road in reference to someone driving under the influence. 

— At 11:41 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to the 96-mile marker of Interstate 64 westbound in reference to the driver and passenger of a vehicle hitting each other and children fighting in the back seat. 

— At 9:42 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 407 Westwood Drive in reference to a stole iPhone. 

— At 10:30 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a report of drug activity at 50 N. Main St. 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— Over the weekend, emergency medical personnel responded to 45 general medical calls, 11 cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, three diabetic cases and two seizures. 

— At 3:54 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 30 Wall St. It was a false alarm. 

CLARK COUNTY FIRE 

— At 12:06 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted emergency medical services with a call at 8360 Irvine Road. 

— At 3:34 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 4199 Lexington Road. 

— At 5:17 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a car fire at 87-mile marker on Interstate 64. 

— At 6:32 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS at 4135 Mt. Sterling Road. 

— At 2:31 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a grass fire at 4000 Snow Creek Road. 

— At 4:28 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Colby and Becknerville roads. 

— At 7:06 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 6145 Paris Road. It was a false alarm.

— At 3:37 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Lexington Road.

— At 7:32 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a collision on Blueberry Lane.

— At 11:46 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an accident on Irvine Road.

— At 1:46 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident at the intersection of Schollsville Road and Thomas Station Road.

— At 4:28 p.m., deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road.

—At 2:03 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to a collision on Interstate 64.

—Clinton Price was charged Thursday with trafficking a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

—Lisa Miller was charged Thursday with trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

— Kim Dearing was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance and prescription not in proper container.
