Virginia Webb Johnson, 95, of Winchester, widow of Leonard Victor “Vic” Johnson passed away Monday at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.

She was born in Irvine, KY on June 10, 1922, to the late Archie and Hannah Alcorn Webb. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.

She is survived by daughter, Carolyn (Herman) Wiseman, daughter-in-law, Yvrose Johnson, sister, Betty Sue (Ernest) Crabtree, grandchildren, Rodney Wiseman and Jennifer Wiseman and two great-grandchildren, Victor Allen Wiseman and Sabrina Sue Wiseman.

She was preceded in death by son, Kendall Johnson and two brothers, Walter Joe Webb and Ottice Webb.

Funeral services will be Saturday, July 1, at 1pm at the New Hope Baptist Church, 130 Clintonville Rd. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11am until the hour of service at the church. Burial will be in the Fielder Cemetery in Irvine.
