Strawberry Supper at Trinity UMC
Trinity United Methodist Church, 306 N. Main St., will host a Strawberry Supper from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 23. Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for children 12 and younger.
Services at Salem Church at Pinegrove

Providence Baptist hosting VBS
Providence Baptist Church, 6543 Old Boonesboro Road, will have Vacation Bible School from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 17. Lunch will be provided. There will be a family campout at 6 p.m. Friday, June 16. Bring a tent and camping gear. Hot dogs and snacks will be provided. For more information, call 745-2663.
Gospel singing at Outreach Ministry
There will be a gospel singing at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 10, at Outreach Ministry Church, 8 Bloomfield Road.
First Baptist Church VBS
First Baptist Church, 32 E. Lexington Ave., will host “Galactic Starveyors” Vacation Bible School June 18-22. There will be a kickoff party from 5 to 7 p.m. June 18, and VBS will be from 6 to 8 p.m. nightly June 19-22. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. each night. First Presbyterian Sunday services
First Presbyterian Church, 130 Windridge Drive, will have worship services at 10:30 a.m. Worship is traditional and lively, sharing God’s word through song, prayer and preaching. Celebrate Recovery meetings on Tuesdays
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery program based on the eight Beatitudes, the 12 steps and their biblical comparisons. This program is for any hurt, hang-up or habit. There is childcare available for ages newborn to 4 years and Celebration Place, a precovery program for ages 5 to 12. The meetings are every Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Calvary Christian Church, 15 Redwing Drive. The Landing is a support program based on the eight Beatitudes for teens struggling with issues such as family relationships, food issues, being bullied, low self-esteem, drugs, alcohol, cutting or behavior problems.
