Clark County firefighters worked to extricate the driver and a passenger from a Toyota Corolla following a crash at 1:15 p.m. Friday on Kentucky 627 near the Kentucky River. Law enforcement said the car pulled out from a side road in front of a northbound box truck. Three females in the car and one male in the truck were all transported to a hospital in Lexington by Madison County EMS. None of the patients’ names were available at press time.
