— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, two respiratory cases, one strike and one seizure.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged 

— Kristen Lynn McIntosh, 21, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

— Michelle Lee Shockey, 48, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), shoplifting under $500 and theft of identity.

— Jeffery Ryan Tipton, 23, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

Reports 

— At 7:26 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 114 Magnolia St. in reference to the theft of a dog from the residence.

— At 9:08 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report of a missing person.

— At 9:13 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 108 S. Main St. in reference to theft of pain medication.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:01 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a fire alarm on Clare Street. It was a false alarm.

— At 7:19 p.m. Tuesday firefighters assisted EMS personnel on Schollsville Road.
