— Marcus Gazaway, first-degree rape, amended to third-degree rape, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years; first-degree sodomy, amended to third-degree sodomy, pleaded guilty, sentenced to four years consecutive.

— Paul J. Holder, failure to or improper signal, dismissed; first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; second-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 180 days concurrent; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension, fined.

— Melissa Brooke Anderson, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing March 16.

— Lindsey K. Adams, second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor (two counts), sentenced to three years concurrent.

— Rico Y. Clark, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), sentenced to three years probation; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year, probated for three years; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, probated for three years.

— Christopher W. Coleman, facilitation to commit murder, sentenced to five years; attempted murder, sentenced to 12 years consecutive.

— Erica Donathan, theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to one year.

— Gregory S. Donathan, theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to one year.

— Andrea Nichole Santiago, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to three years probation, drug court.

— Christopher Stapleton, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, probated for two years.
