WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Anthony D. Hurt, 44, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Alan K. Lowe, 55, was charged Saturday with careless driving and driving under the influence.
— Rondey Eugene Scott, 56, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Ova Lynn Smith, 34, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Brandon Wayne Vancleve, 27, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication and third-degree burglary.
— Jonathan Lee Woods, 31, was charged Saturday with receiving stolen property less than $10,000.

— At 2:10 .am. Friday, officers were called to 608 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of money.
— At 1:42 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a theft.
— At 2:43 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. after someone kicked in a door. Brandon Vancleve was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and alcohol intoxication.
— At 4:11 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 847 Bypass Road concerning a theft.
— At 6:51 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a theft.
— At 10:58 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning a stolen iPad.
— At 11:26 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive for a vandalism complaint.
— At 12:34 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a stolen wallet.
— At 12:07 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 8:31 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 27 Denny Ave. for a person causing problems and throwing items.
— At 12:04 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 250 Ascot Ave. concerning a stolen trailer.
— At 1:29 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 27 Madison Ave. for a vandalism complaint.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Tiffany L. Colliver, 27, of 128 Fairfield Drive, was charged Monday with reckless driving, driving under the influence, no insurance, no registration plate, driving on a suspended operator’s license and was served a summons.
Reports
— At 9:31 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 1055 Clintonville Road after someone took several tools from a barn.
— At 10:27 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to Westwood Drive concerning an assault.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 20 general medical calls, one cardiac case, five respiratory cases, one diabetic case, one stroke and one seizure.
— At 6:23 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 475 Shoppers Drive for an alarm sounding. It was a false alarm.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 4:07 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 1112 Iron Works Road for an investigation.
