Sun spotlight on: Kylee Murray

Kylee Murray is a senior player on the George Rogers Clark High School girls basketball team. In the last game, a win over Nicholas County, she scored seven points with a pair of rebounds and a pair of assists.
How long have you lived here?
Most of my life.
Do you have any gameday rituals?
Listening to music in the locker room and eating with the team at Fazoli’s.
What’s your favorite part about living in Clark County?
It’s where I’ve grown up and the place I love.
Why do you enjoy playing basketball?
It’s given me many opportunities and given me some of my best friends.
What’s your favorite thing to do other than basketball?
Sleeping. Eating. Hanging out with family and friends.
What’s the best part about this team?
We all have fun and goof off together.
What’s your favorite post-game meal?
Chicken or ice cream.
Who is something you look up to and why?
My nana because she always puts others before herself and is kind to everyone she meets.
