WINCHESTER POLICE
Reports
— At 7:46 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning property damage at 430 Walnut Street.
— At 7:55 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 275 C. G. Stephenson Drive and took a report concerning a stolen vehicle. The vehicle has been recovered.
— At 3:01 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a sexual assault.
— At 8:17 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning child abuse.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Dana Higley, 48, of 149 Linden Ave., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.
— Clarence Turner, 48, Jackson Ferry Road, was charged Saturday with first-degree burglary.
— Daniel Lager, 36, of Mount Sterling, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, no insurance, reckless driving and no registration plate.
— Albertico Rivera Hinojosa, 20, of Mount Sterling, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, no operator’s license, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and reckless driving.
— Ronald J. Ribando Jr., 22, of 225 Mutual Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, no insurance and no registration plate.
— Paul W. Shelton, 48, of Richmond, was charged Saturday with first-, second- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence (second offense), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and reckless driving.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to six general medical calls, three cardiac cases, three respiratory cases and one stroke.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:45 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ledford Lane.
— At 8:40 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 100 mile marker on Interstate 64.
