Hoffman elected to KASC board

Ellen Lyons Hoffman, assistant principal of George Rogers Clark High School, has been elected to the board of directors of the Kentucky Association of School Councils.
Hoffman has been in the education field for 23 years and will assume her board duties at the KASC fall board meeting Nov. 5 in Danville.
KASC offers support statewide to local SBDM councils. The group is based in Danville and claims over 855 public schools as members.
The board of directors is comprised of elected parent, teacher and principal representatives.
