Winchester Fire-EMS firefighter-EMT Paul Richardson, left, and Lt. Bryan Howard inspected an overturned tractor trailer for hazards early this morning along Interstate 64 at the 95 mile marker. Interstate and Mountain Parkway traffic was snarled for hours. The truck left the westbound lane, traveled up an embankment and overturned. The driver was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center for treatment. The truck was carrying mixed produce. Officers closed the westbound lanes for part of the morning as they cleared the scene and the truck was righted and removed.
