The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court March 1 with Judge Brandy Oliver Brown presiding.

— Genito Blythe, alcohol intoxication, pleaded guilty, fined; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, fined; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, fined; carrying a concealed deadly weapon, pleaded guilty, forfeit weapon; possession of open container of alcohol, dismissed.

— Nancy L. Chandler, alcohol intoxication, pleaded guilty, five days; theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting), pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Jessica Rowland, public intoxication, pleaded guilty, three days; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, three days concurrent;

second-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, 14 days concurrent.

— Lindsey W. Eades, driving under the influence (second offense), pleaded guilty, sentencing Oct. 11; failure to notify state of address change, dismissed.
