Charged
— Aaron Frye, 18, of 6882 Paris Road, was charged Monday with theft of a legend drug.
— Jessica Hampton, 34, of Berea, was charged Monday with receiving stolen property (three counts), criminal possession of a forged instrument (three counts) and second-degree burglary.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel conducted three out-of-town transfers and responded to four general medical calls and one fall.
